Sammy Todd Dyess graduated with honors from the Brooks Institute of Photography (one of the top ranking photography schools in the world), receiving his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Professional Photography. After Graduating Sammy continued his studies in Black and White Film under the tutelage of one of Ansel Adams' top instructors.

After completing his studies, Sammy then moved from California to Milan, Italy to shoot Fashion. During this time he worked with some of the most renowned Italian Designers and Magazines. Fascinated by the advertising industry Sammy moved to New York City working with leading Advertising Agencies on numerous campaigns 

Sammy realized from his love of travel and beautiful scenery that it was his destiny to travel the world and create imagery for the travel and leisure industry.

His assignments have taken him to over 1000 of the finest Hotels and Resorts in North America, South America, Europe, and Asia.
